Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcer. The Sourcer will be responsible for identifying potential candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent. Additional tasks include collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, sourcing candidates using databases and social media platforms, and maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms
• Strong screening and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
