Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal databases, and other creative sourcing methods.
  
• Conduct initial screening and outreach to assess candidate interest and qualification.
  
• Maintain and track data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for key roles and skill areas.
  
• Stay updated on talent market trends and sourcing best practices.
  
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  
• 3years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  
• A passion for talent and a proactive approach to candidate engagement.
