Job Description

Technical Talent Sourcer

Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

Understand technical role requirements and execute targeted sourcing strategies
Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other channels to uncover top-tier tech talent
Source across
software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and DevOps
roles
Build and manage pipelines across India, Singapore, and other key APAC regions
Handle sourcing for up to 10 roles at a time
, maintaining quality and speed
Keep ATS/trackers updated and share weekly sourcing reports

What We’re Looking For:

4 plus years of
technical sourcing experience
, ideally in a multi-country or APAC-focused setup
Comfortable managing
8–10 tech roles in parallel
Strong command of sourcing tools, Boolean searches, and passive talent outreach
Excellent communication and ownership mindset
Open to growing into a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role over time.
