Sourcer

You will be responsible for conducting procurement activities to source mechanical products and services in alignment with company requirements. This includes evaluating and negotiating contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers. You will also be tasked with maintaining a database of approved suppliers and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be involved in RFQ and sample demand follow-up. Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service will be a crucial part of your role. You should have at least six years of experience in related products. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, or a related field is required. Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages with excellent speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills is essential. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and sustain relationships with suppliers are key qualities needed for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.
