Sourcer

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical role requirements (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, QA, etc.).
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, social media, and networking events).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
• Screen candidate profiles to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
• Track and report sourcing metrics to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent landscapes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably for technical roles in IT/Fintech/Startups.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and social recruiting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
