Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter–Sourcer with 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a Sourcer to support our Bulk hiring needs for BPO Vertical. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their sourcing expertise, partner closely with recruiters, and build a strong foundation in strategic hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and other tools to identify and engage potential candidates
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy
• Support interview coordination and feedback tracking
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements
• Prepare weekly sourcing reports and insights for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Any Bachelor's degree
