Full Time
End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate pay rates and contracts with candidates and clients.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases to manage candidate records.
Keep up to date with market trends, technologies, and visa regulations (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Strong understanding of US staffing, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorization.
Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.
Willing to work in US time zones (EST/PST/CST/MST).
