- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
