Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract-based IT roles is mandatory, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and on boarding.
Strong Hands-on experience sourcing and hiring for roles such as: software developers, QA engineers, cloud architects, DevOps, IT support, and cybersecurity professionals.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter & job portals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
