Position: Technical Recruiter

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Chandigarh ( remote)

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven experience working with US clients, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines

• Work closely with delivery and client teams to fulfill hiring needs promptly

Skills Required:

• Excellent understanding of technical roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
