Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 positions.
• Source candidates effectively using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Apply strong technical understanding to identify relevant resume keywords and match candidates to job roles.
• Create and optimize Boolean search strings to target the right talent.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and submission targets.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with W2 hiring and working with USC/GC candidates.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong understanding of trending technologies and job roles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
