? Proficiency in sourcing techniques (job portals, headhunting, social media, referrals).

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.

? Handle end-to-end recruitment: Client handling, requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

? Build and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs), social media, referrals, and networking.

? Manage bulk hiring, niche hiring, leadership hiring, and critical positions within agreed timelines. ? Act as a point of contact for clients/hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. ? Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to stakeholders.

? Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).

? Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and maintain a high candidate experience.
