Job Title:

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end business recruitment function to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring targets across business and client delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with

    Business Heads, Account Managers, and Delivery Leaders

    to define hiring priorities, design sourcing strategies, and ensure timely closures.
  • Recruit for

    Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship, Account Management, and Operations

    roles across various geographies and business verticals.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance their performance and understanding of business recruitment best practices.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring business roles.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies using

    head hunting, market mapping, competitor analysis, social media, and referral programs

    .
  • Manage high-volume recruitment and drive talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business growth.
  • Ensure process compliance, candidate documentation accuracy, and timely reporting of recruitment metrics.
  • Conduct compensation bench marking and provide inputs to business leaders on hiring trends and market insights.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to improve onboarding experience and strengthen employee retention.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and client focus throughout the recruitment process.

Skills Required:

  • 46 years of solid experience in

    Business Recruitment

    , preferably within

    US Staffing, Consulting, or Global Business Services

    environments.
  • Expertise in recruiting for

    sales, business development, client services, marketing, and account management

    positions.
  • Strong command of

    talent sourcing techniques

    , including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and networking.
  • Proven ability to meet hiring deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of

    US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

    , and employment classifications.
  • Exceptional communication, client interaction, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in

    ATS platforms

    , reporting tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Leadership capability to coach and manage a recruitment team while handling individual requisitions independently.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor recruitment KPIs and optimize processes.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in Recruitment Strategy, HR Analytics, or Talent Management preferred.
