💼 Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in US IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities & Core Expertise

·        Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates across diverse technologies.

·        Partner closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client requisitions.

·        Build and nurture strong relationships with State/Federal, Direct, and Tier-1 clients, ensuring consistent delivery and trust-based collaboration.

·        Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), Boolean searches, LinkedIn networking, and referrals to identify and engage top talent.

·        Demonstrate a deep understanding of US hiring models, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications with full compliance awareness.

·        Exhibit proven hands-on experience in W2 recruitment, driving successful placements and meeting hiring targets with measurable outcomes.

·        Manage the submission-to-closure process with a focus on speed, accuracy, and exceptional candidate and client experience.

·        Bring strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills to maintain seamless collaboration across stakeholders.

·        Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, taking ownership of results and continuously improving sourcing strategies.
