Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management to lead and coordinate technology projects for global clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering complex IT projects, preferably in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Experience working with large Indian MNCs and handling US-based client engagements with offshore development teams in India is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects across cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients and ensure effective communication and stakeholder management. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables in a structured and efficient manner. Coordinate with India-based development teams and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals. Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to drive project success. Monitor and report on project progress using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.). Ensure high standards of project governance, documentation, and quality control. Identify and manage risks proactively and implement mitigation plans as needed. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management with at least 5 years in Agile environments. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with offshore development teams. Experience working in or with large Indian MNCs. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and relationships, especially with US-based clients. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects. Development background is a strong plus. PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to AI/ML projects or familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and delivery models. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-native application development.
