Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter, primarily located in Bengaluru with work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Hiring and Sourcing candidates
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience with recruitment software and tools is a plus
• Background in IT or technical fields is beneficial
