About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across APAC.
• Work towards defined

  weekly and monthly KPIs and goals

  to meet hiring targets.
• Source candidates using diverse methods (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth closure of roles within stipulated timelines.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within APAC.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity using ATS and reporting tools.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years

  of proven experience in

  technical recruitment

  .

• APAC recruitment

  experience is mandatory; prior

  Malaysia hiring experience

  preferred.
• Strong ability to work with numbers and recruitment

  data to drive performance

  .
• Excellent relationship-building and

  top-notch negotiation skills

  .
• Willingness to work in Malaysia shift timings.
• Desired: Familiarity with

  Malaysia tax terms

  and visa processing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize.
