Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles — from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely feedback and excellent candidate experience.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to monitor hiring performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience

  in technical recruiting (in-house or agency).
• Proven ability to recruit for technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and modern tech stacks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, AWS, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with various sourcing tools and ATS platforms. Familiarity with diversity hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Recruitment or HR (e.g., AIRS, SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
