Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mainframes CICS Admin located in Pune with the option for some work from home. The Mainframes CICS Admin will be responsible for day-to-day administration tasks related to CICS system management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration of Mainframes systems. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skillsAnalytical Skills and Administrative Assistance abilitiesFinance knowledge is a plusExperience with Mainframe technologies and CICS administrationStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldRelevant certifications in Mainframes or CICS administration
