Technical Recruiter

Role Overview: As a Technical Recruiter at Evertz India, you will be a key member of the team responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for the India Operations. This role, based in Bangalore at Manyata Tech Park, offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing your strong understanding of global hiring practices and excellent communication skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain job board postings, screen applicants, and hire potential candidates - Advertise and brand vacancies on internal and external job boards - Source potential candidates on niche platforms, parse specialized skills, and qualifications to screen IT resumes - Screen applicants for competency with job requirements, conduct pre-screening calls, and schedule technical interviews - Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment - Develop and strengthen relationships with local colleges and universities for recruitment of interns and new graduates - Assist in full-cycle internship recruitment post positions, interview, schedule interviews for hiring managers, and extend offers - Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements - Update applicant database, recruitment trackers, and generate reports - Deliver new hire orientation as required - Assist in company events and other duties as needed - Provide administrative support to members of the HR department as needed Qualifications: - College graduation in Human Resources - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience presenting in front of a large audience - Time management and organizational skills are essential - Strong computer skills, experienced in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook - 3-4 years of experience with hiring for IT roles - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search) - Positive attitude, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to maintain confidentiality - Ability to travel locally About Evertz: Evertz India is a subsidiary of Evertz Technologies Limited, a leading global manufacturer of broadcast equipment and solutions.
