Role Overview: As a Sr. Technical IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding while maintaining strong relationships throughout. Previous experience in hiring for Emerging Technologies is a definite advantage, as you will have the opportunity to recruit candidates for cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum of 3+ years of relevant end-to-end recruitment experience - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn - Utilize social media platforms for hiring purposes - Act as a smart worker and fast learner with a desire to advance to the next level - Prioritize hiring for Emerging Technologies - Maintain complete rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Familiarity with hiring processes for Emerging Technologies - Experience with social media recruitment is a plus Please note that this role offers full-time, permanent employment with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
