About the Role Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles including Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies. Source candidates through various channels—LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative platforms. Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical fit, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiation. Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate recruitment reports regularly. Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or product company. Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring dynamics. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Instahyre etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills Prior experience hiring for product-based startups. Familiarity with ATS tools like Lever, Greenhouse, or Freshteam.
