·  Coordinate interviews across multiple levels.

·  Ensure timely closure of requirements.

·  Demonstrate ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.

·  Maintain a consistent record of performance and achievements.

Candidates Profile:

·   Have 0–1 years of experience in recruitment.

·   Possess strong business acumen and communication skills.

·   Are aggressive, target-oriented, and self-driven.

·   Exhibit critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·   Are articulate, sharp, and energetic with a “Can-Do” attitude.
