Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
2. Work with hiring managers on role clarity and selection criteria.
3. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases.
4. Screen profiles, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
5. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
6. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking.
7. Handle offers, negotiations, notice-period follow-ups, and pre-joining engagement.
8. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
9. Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, sourcing efficiency, closures).
10. Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Science background
2. BE with Computer Science candidates with Recruitment experience are good to have

3. 23years of experience

   in IT/Technical recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
4. Strong understanding of

   IT roles, technologies, skill sets

   (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, etc.) and Market Benchmarking
5. Hands-on experience with

   ATS tools

   , job portals, and sourcing techniques.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Exposure to working partly on Non IT requirement will be an added advantage.
8. Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a

   fast-paced environment

   .
9. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
