🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for multiple clients across IT / Non-IT / Engineering domains (as per allocation).
• Source candidates through

  job portals, social media, networking, references, databases

  , and creative channels.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage

  candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups

  , and offer negotiation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs in depth.
• Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Work closely with the internal delivery team to ensure

  timely closures

  high-quality submissions

• Build a healthy pipeline for niche and high-demand roles.

🧩 Requirements

• 2–8 years

  of hands-on recruitment experience with a

  Staffing Company or Recruitment Consultancy

  (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of

  sourcing techniques, screening methods, and hiring workflows

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously and deliver under deadlines.
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and ATS systems.
