Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Marketing Executive / Associate PMM to work directly with company leadership and bridge the gap between our engineering teams and customers. This is a high-visibility, high-growth role ideal for someone eager to combine technical understanding with strong communication and storytelling skills.


You will create high-quality marketing collateral – brochures, whitepapers, case studies, presentations – and provide strategic content for the Digital Marketing (DM) team to publish across web, LinkedIn, SEO channels, and more. Because our products are highly technical, you must be excited to ramp up quickly on topics such as cloud platforms, IoT sensing, AI-driven analytics, and digitization of industry and energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with leadership (reporting directly to [Your Role]) to capture product insights, technical details, and customer narratives, converting them into impactful content.

· Create input material for the DM team: prepare draft copy, visuals briefs, and technical context for blogs, LinkedIn posts, SEO articles, videos, and case studies (final publishing handled by DM team).

· Translate technical complexity into accessible language: understand multiple product lines, write accurate and compelling content for diverse audiences (CxO, engineers, partners).

· Support market and competitor analysis: research trends, competitor offerings, and positioning; prepare summaries, input decks, and recommendations.

· Create sales enablement material: draft battle cards, FAQs, and technical briefs that help sales teams explain value propositions and address objections.

· Leverage AI and productivity tools to speed up content creation while ensuring originality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EEE, ECE, IE, Mechanical, or related field) with MBA preferred.

· 3–6 years of experience in technical writing, pre-sales, or product marketing in an industrial automation, energy, SaaS, or IoT company.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Ability to convert raw technical inputs (screenshots, field notes, spreadsheets) into polished customer-ready content.

· Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, and familiarity with basic design tools (icons, layouts, visuals).

· Comfortable collaborating with engineers, sales, and leadership to refine drafts.

· Bonus: familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
