Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Nagpur for an RFIC Design Engineer. The RFIC Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing RF, Analog, and Mixed-Signal integrated circuits. Day-to-day tasks include schematic design, simulation, layout supervision, and verifying performance through testing and debugging. The role involves working with multiple technologies such as CMOS, BiCMOS, and GaAs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading solutions. Candidates will also ensure compliance with customer requirements and foundry design rules. Qualifications Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design for RFIC/MMICs Knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and technology Strong understanding of RF, Analog, and Mixed-Signal design methodologies Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Experience with IC tape-out processes and working with CMOS, BiCMOS, or GaAs technologies is a plus Strong written and oral communication skills
