We’re Hiring | RFIC Design Engineer


Experience:

Location:


  • 2-4 years of experience in

    RFIC & MMIC

    , mixed-signal domain, and system-level design
  • Strong

    RFIC design

    and technical skills; ability to work effectively in a team
  • Hands-on experience with

    EDA tools

    such as

    Keysight ADS

    and

    Cadence Virtuoso

  • Experience developing RFICs/MMICs in

    SiGe, RFCMOS, FinFET CMOS, GaAs, and GaN

  • Experience in RFICs/MMICs for

    phased array antenna applications

    is a plus


Education

  • B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D

    (RFIC & Microwave)
  • Minimum 2-4

    years of experience

    in RFIC design
