Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development

• Lead the end-to-end development of RECON's digital platform (web + mobile).
• Architect a scalable, modular system integrating 

  project management, client dashboards, vendor marketplace, and knowledge repository

  .
• Build features such as:
• Client interface (progress tracking, documents, payments).
• Builder/architect interface (project updates, approvals, compliance).
• Knowledge repository (regulations, design templates, vendor benchmarks).
• Analytics dashboards (timelines, cost tracking, performance metrics).

Technology Leadership

• Define the tech stack, architecture, and best practices for scalability.
• Drive integration with third-party tools (payment gateways, document e-sign, CRM, construction ERP, etc.).
• Ensure 

  data security, compliance, privacy, and system reliability

  .
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, version control, and cloud deployment.

Product Collaboration

• Work closely with the founder(s) and product team to translate business vision into technical roadmaps.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate features based on client feedback.
• Balance speed of execution with long-term scalability.

Team Building

• Hire and mentor engineers, designers, and product managers as the team scales.
• Create a strong engineering culture of ownership, innovation, and efficiency.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Min 4 years of experience in 

  full-stack development / product engineering

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, or similar frameworks

  .
• Experience with 

  cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

  , DevOps, and API-first architecture.
• Exposure to 

  mobile app development

   (React Native / Flutter preferred).
• Prior experience building 

  marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or PropTech/ConTech products

   is a strong plus.
• Strong sense of product ownership — ability to translate vision into execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, resourceful, and motivated to build from scratch.
