Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Design

• Engage directly with homeowners to understand lifestyle needs, budgets, and design preferences.
• Translate client briefs into architectural concepts, layouts, and customized design solutions.
• Present design options through 2D/3D models, walkthroughs, and visualizations.
• Educate clients on feasibility, regulatory constraints, and best practices in home design.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Prepare authority submission drawings (HUDA/DTCP/MCG/DDA/Noida Authority, as applicable).
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, interiors, and landscape consultants to deliver holistic solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors/builders to ensure design compliance and smooth execution.
• Support the advisory team in comparing proposals, BOQs, and vendor selections.

Execution & Monitoring

• Issue GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and manage revisions as required.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure adherence to design, quality standards, and timelines.
• Resolve on-site design challenges in consultation with consultants and vendors.
• Track project milestones and report progress to both clients and ReconPro.io’s internal team.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all designs comply with local building bye-laws, FAR norms, fire safety, and RERA requirements.
• Prepare documentation for approvals, NOCs, and government submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.

Knowledge Repository

• Contribute to Recon's growing 

  knowledge base

   by documenting design learnings, regulatory insights, vendor evaluations, and best practices, creating reference materials such as catalogues, mood boards, renders etc that benefits future projects and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture; CoA registration mandatory.
• Min 4 years of experience in residential projects (individual homes, villas, or low-rise apartments).
• Strong portfolio in designing functional, cost-optimized, and aesthetic residences.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with local building approval processes in Delhi NCR.
• Excellent communication skills — ability to simplify technical details for homeowners.
