Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Gurugram. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project budgets, and ensuring timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling project timelines, supervising construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Experience in Budgeting and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
