Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Executive located in Manjeri, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day customer support activities, address customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves effective communication with customers to understand their needs and coordinating with internal teams to deliver the best solutions. Additionally, the role includes handling sales inquiries and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications Experience in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills Basic Sales experience Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
