Role Description

This full-time, on-site role located in Manjeri requires a dedicated Construction Project Manager to lead various stages of construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves managing project timelines, project budgets, stakeholder communication, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Construction Project Manager will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and overall Project Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and managing cost-effective project execution
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management tools and software
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable construction practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Prior experience in managing on-site construction projects is highly preferred
