Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Manjeri. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and handover. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing budgets, monitoring schedules, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management and Construction Project Management
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Budgeting
• In-depth knowledge of Construction Management principles and practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage timelines and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Risk Management in construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience with handling residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred
