Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role located in Ahmedabad, India. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and management to ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality parameters. Responsibilities include managing construction activities, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring project performance to achieve desired outcomes. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and leadership skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Experience in Project Coordination and overall Project Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior work experience in similar projects located in Ahmedabad or nearby regions is advantageous
