Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the

  end-to-end management of interior construction projects

• Create and manage

  project schedules, Gantt charts, and timelines

  using

  Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

• Develop and track

  budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation

• Collaborate with

  architects, designers, and contractors

  to ensure smooth execution and quality control
• Monitor

  on-site progress

  and address any delays or challenges promptly
• Ensure compliance with

  design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Manage

  project documentation

  , including contracts, permits, reports, and change orders
• Conduct regular

  site inspections

  to track progress and ensure adherence to plans
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for

  material procurement and delivery schedules

• Identify and resolve

  technical and operational issues

  during project execution
• Utilize

  AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM 360

  for project visualization and coordination

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of

  interior construction methods, materials, and finishes

• Proficiency in

  construction management software

  (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360)
• Excellent

  project planning, budgeting, and coordination skills

• Strong

  problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Exceptional

  communication and leadership skills

• Ability to

  manage multiple projects simultaneously

  and meet deadlines
• Experience in

  document management and report preparation
