Experience: 12 - 20 Years (Industrial/Commercial Projects Preferred) Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering ** Employment Type:** Full-Time / Site-Based Job Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and execute all construction activities as per project timelines. Manage daily site operations including labour, materials, machinery & subcontractors. Ensure work progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ. Coordinate with Client, Consultants, Contractors, and Internal Teams for smooth execution. Prepare & update weekly/monthly progress reports, schedules, and look-ahead plans. Ensure strict implementation of Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards at site. Review and certify measurements, subcontractor bills, and material reconciliation. Identify risks, delays, and challenges — initiate corrective actions to adhere to schedule. Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and labour workforce. Ensure proper documentation: DPR, material register, inspection requests, etc. Participate in client meetings and provide project status updates. Skills & Competencies Required: Strong knowledge of industrial & factory building construction. Expertise in civil engineering drawings, bar bending schedules, and quantity take-off . Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (added advantage). Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Vendor and contractor management skills. Ability to handle fast-track construction and meet deadlines. Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance norms. Preferred Background: Experience in industrial / factory / warehouse construction. Hands-on exposure to footings, PEB structures, RCC superstructures, utilities etc. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
