Requirements: • Bachelors or master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. • 37 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360. • Solid understanding of MEP systems, construction methods, and documentation standards. • Experience with clash detection, model federation, and LOD standards (300–500). • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit MEP, Navisworks) • Experience with ISO 19650 workflows and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) • Knowledge of Dynamo or similar automation tools • Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)

The BIM Manager will oversee the BIM process across multiple projects, ensuring consistent standards, workflows, and quality. This leadership role bridges technical excellence with strategic oversight, working closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure the effective use of BIM technologies. Role & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model coordination workflows, and digital delivery strategies. Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure BIM deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements. Oversee model creation, clash detection, and coordination activities using platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Provide training, support, and mentorship to BIM coordinators, modelers, and design teams. Ensure models are developed to appropriate LOD (Level of Development) for each phase of design and construction. Collaborate with IT and leadership to evaluate and implement new BIM tools, plugins, and automation strategies (e.g., Dynamo, Forge). Monitor project progress and ensure BIM deliverables align with project milestones and client expectations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors or master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 10+ years of relevant BIM experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. • Deep knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and coordination tools. • Strong understanding of project lifecycle workflows and BIM applications from design to construction and FM. • Experience managing large and complex projects in a BIM environment. • Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Masters degree in BIM, Digital Construction, or related discipline. • BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager Certification). • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms. • Experience with scripting tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python etc.). • Knowledge of integrated project delivery (IPD), Lean Construction, or VDC methodologies.

Review the input received from client and understand the scope of work and then plan work accordingly without changing design intent. Carry out complete Mechanical, Plumbing & Firefighting general arrangement 3D models and drawings for plans, single line diagrams, sections, elevations in Revit/AutoCAD with minimal supervision. Coordination with other Disciplines Designers and Engineers as applicable. Coordinate with BIM/CAD Lead concerning project requirements. Able to work on Custom Revit families where applicable. Candidate should be able to visualize and produce clash free 3D model using Navisworks/Revit. Prepare Shop/Installation Drawings based on the coordinated Model. Prepare Bill of Materials/Quantity Take off. Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to Discipline Lead/Project Manager/Project Lead. Stay updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline. Attend project meetings and calls as required. Must adhere to company QAQC process and BIM strategies Qualifications and skills: Candidate should have Engineering Diploma or ITI in Mechanical. Should have minimum 4 to 8 years experience in Revit MEP 3D modeling detail engineering building projects. Experience using associated discipline software especially AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ProjectWise, Dynamo (will be the plus point) Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently. Good oral and written communication skills. Commitment to safe work practices. Overseas experience will be preferred. Should be good team player.
