Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a

  project coordinator between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors

• Ensure smooth execution of interior and architectural projects as per approved designs and timelines
• Review and verify working drawings, GFCs, and shop drawings for compliance and accuracy
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent
• Assist in preparing project schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate with MEP, structural consultants, and site teams for design implementation
• Handle day-to-day problem-solving, decision-making, and technical clarifications at the site
• Maintain all documentation, reports, and approvals related to design and site execution
• Support procurement by reviewing technical specs, finishes, and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety norms, and project standards
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s degree is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience in architecture with at least 1–2 years in a

  PMC or coordination role

• Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and site execution
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel

  , and working knowledge of

  Revit and SketchUp

  is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
