Axon Developers, a new-age real estate development company, is looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our growing design and development team.

💰 Budget: Up to ₹10 LPA

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will oversee and manage architectural design projects, collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, and prepare detailed drawings and plans. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with building regulations, project timelines, and budgets while coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, space planning, and project conceptualization
• Strong command of drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software
• Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field
• Professional licensure or certification is an advantage
• Experience working in the real estate or construction industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Lead design, detailing, and execution for residential and commercial projects

✨ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

✨ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and local building codes

✨ Prepare BOQs, drawings, and 3D presentations using AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp

✨ Oversee on-site architectural implementation and project timelines

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture
• Strong eye for design, detailing, and technical execution
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Experience in high-end or mixed-use developments preferred
