Project Architect

As an Architect at Qubis Design Studio, you will be a valuable member of our team in Noida, bringing your strong design skills and focus on interiors to contribute to the development of innovative design concepts and the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing creative design concepts for interior spaces, emphasizing functionality and aesthetics. - Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals. - Preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD. - Creating 3D models and visualizations with SketchUp. - Producing high-quality renderings, preferably with experience in rendering software like D5. - Contributing to the design and development of building facades. - Selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for projects. - Coordinating with design team members, consultants, and contractors. - Ensuring designs comply with building codes and regulations. - Conducting site visits and overseeing project execution to maintain design intent. - Managing project timelines and budgets effectively. - Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience as an Architect. - Proven design skills showcased in a strong portfolio of interior design projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory. - Proficiency in at least one rendering software, with D5 experience being highly desirable. - Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and materials. - Knowledge of facade design and construction techniques. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to design excellence. - Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
