As an Architect at Idealign, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of architectural projects in collaboration with a team of professionals. Your role will involve creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable designs that align with project requirements and timelines. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction documentation. - Utilize architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, etc., to prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs. - Ensure innovative and functional design solutions are in line with project budgets and timelines. - Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation, quality control, and compliance with codes and regulations. - Prepare presentations, mood boards, and client-facing materials to effectively communicate design intent. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. - Maintain project documentation including drawings, BOQs, and progress reports. - Keep abreast of emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Photoshop, and other relevant software. - Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and material specifications. - Ability to translate client requirements into innovative, practical, and sustainable design solutions. - Excellent visualization and presentation skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
