Job Title: Project Architect – Residential Home Execution Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Reporting To: Hirer Management About the Role: We are hiring a Project Architect to oversee and coordinate the execution of a premium residential home construction. The role demands someone with a strong architectural background, not for designing, but for managing execution by understanding technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring project milestones are met with quality and precision. Key Responsibilities: Interpret and review architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design drawings prepared by external consultants. Act as a single point of contact between the management and various consultants (architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, interior, etc.). Conduct regular meetings with all consultants to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and track progress. Explain design concepts, layouts, and technical details to the management in a simplified manner for decision-making. Conduct frequent site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and standards. Track project timelines, prepare execution schedules, and ensure work is progressing as per deadlines. Identify and address on-site issues or coordination gaps between teams proactively. Assist in material selection and coordinate sample approvals with the Management and interior team. Coordinate and manage the complete execution of interiors, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Maintain documentation of progress reports, MOMs, and coordination logs. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) is mandatory. Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural project coordination or execution of luxury residential projects. Excellent understanding of architectural and construction drawings across all disciplines. Strong project management and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with management and consultant teams. Willingness to be available for regular site visits in Hyderabad and maintain active supervision. Preferred Qualities: Prior experience handling end-to-end execution of high-end villas or custom residential homes. Knowledge of premium finishes, materials, and interior execution. Ability to think practically, solve on-ground issues, and maintain a high attention to detail. Fluency in Hindi, Telugu and English will be an added advantage for smoother local coordination.
