Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Coimbatore. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they align with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Core responsibilities include project coordination, managing budgets, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. The role demands active collaboration with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight of construction projects
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of building standards, safety regulations, and local compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in project management or construction are a plus
