Construction Project Manager

Role Overview: Your role as a Project Manager/Co-ordinator will involve various responsibilities including, but not limited to: Key Responsibilities: - Co-ordination with Stakeholders such as Client, Site Team, Consultants, and Contractors. - Quantity estimation when necessary. - Handling Tendering and Procurement processes. - Preparation of Project Planning and Monitoring. - Co-ordinating with the Site team to ensure that all Project Management Processes align with the scope of works. - Managing and generating required documents for the smooth functioning of the project. - Documenting and enforcing Project management processes. - Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. - Reviewing designs, drawings, and raising RFIs. - Monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents provided by the Architect. - Preparing and Monitoring the Quality Control Plan. - Liaising with Client Team, Design Team, Contractors, and all relevant stakeholders involved in the project to track progress of works. - Attending and/or organizing regular meetings or workshops with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Client, Design Team, and Contractors) to discuss progress of works. - Conducting site visits for quality audits or bill checking, as required, and attending site meetings as necessary. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 4-7 years of experience in project management or coordination roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
