Project Manager (Site Based)

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of on-site experience, although exceptional skills may be considered with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Proficiency in English, excellent computer literacy, familiarity with design and visualization software, strong project management and supervision capabilities, as well as exceptional time management, written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities: - Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, site teams, consultants, and contractors. - Provide daily progress updates to the Project In-charge. - Communicate daily progress updates to the Projects In-charge, highlighting critical issues causing bottlenecks on site. - Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects. - Verify plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. - Monitor and interpret the contract design documents provided by the Architect. - Develop and oversee Quality Control Plan. - Collaborate with client teams and contractors to track day-to-day progress of works. - Organize regular site meetings or workshops to discuss progress with stakeholders. - Review Joint Measurement records with the Site engineer and Contractor, and approve bills raised by the Contractor. - Ensure adherence to quality control, health, and safety regulations on site. - Provide quantity estimation as needed. - Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and inform stakeholders of any arising problems. - Review engineering deliverables and take corrective actions as necessary. - Assist in the preparation and administration of Tenders and Procurement. - Aid in creating project planning documents and monitor construction progress. - Estimate quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ). - Conduct site visits for quality audits or bill verification as required.
