We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead residential house construction projects.

Job Description:

Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets high-quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report financial performance to senior management.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Virtual Site Supervision: Conduct regular virtually site supervision to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
