Role Description

The Construction Project Manager will oversee day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing budgets, supervising project teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management, Project Management, and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Budgeting
• Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with high-quality construction projects is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
