Job Description We are seeking a motivated Accounting/Finance Associate to join our team. This role will support key corporate accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency as our organization continues to scale. Responsibilities Review and approve employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies. Assist with reviewing and processing accounts payable vouchers and vendor maintenance. Aid in reconciling bank statements and cash balances accurately. Assist with month-end close activities as assigned, ensuring deadlines are met. Verify that transactions align with company policies and accounting standards. Support scaling initiatives by managing large transaction volumes efficiently. Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks to support the finance team as needed. Work Hours 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of prior experience working with a U.S.-based company. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Experience in general ledger accounting preferred. Experience processing transactions in AEC industry preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems; ability to learn Deltek Vantagepoint. Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable internet connection.
