Role & responsibilities Candidates who are currently serving the Prime segment shall be preferred To source open market business and achieve the targets assigned To be completely aware of the products being offered by the company and understand competition offering and handle customer objections To ensure proper customer profiling on each call / customer visit, to identify and understand his/her needs and accordingly recommend best options Relationship building and joint calls with the Branch Managers to ensure maximum attachments of the files being disbursed To build a relationship with the customer so that he/ she is able to sell the product offering basis the need of the customer, thereby managing the entire account of customer. To be in sync and work together with the partner representatives understanding the joint ownership of the customer at the time of servicing etc To ensure timely servicing of client queries for the business sourced To ensure appropriate processes defined are being followed and undergo the training and certification for being compliant towards selling of home loan products To always be well groomed and his sales kit should be organized and complete To maintain company first attitude and be respectful in attitude towards other fellow colleagues, seniors, partners etc. Experience: 1 year 2 years Salary Range: As per industry standard + Lucrative Incentives Functional Area: Sales Officer Employment Type: Permanent Preferred candidate profile Desired Candidate Profile: Must be a graduate from any stream Should have minimum 1 years of experience in Home loan sales with stability Candidates with prior experience in HL Sales will have an added advantage Open to travel Must have good communication skills

Open positions across major cities at India. Bangalore / Lucknow / Kanpur / Delhi / Varanasi Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct Sales: Conduct field sales activities, including face-to-face meetings with prospects at their locations. Effectively deliver sales presentations tailored to the prospects' needs. Manage direct meetings, web leads, exhibition sales, and appointments generated through various channels. 2. Lead Generation and Management: Source and generate appointments with prospective clients. Handle Happy Family Reference Programme (HFRP) for lead generation and client acquisition. 3. Customer Engagement and Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues or escalations effectively. Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and provide excellent post-sales service. 4. Market Knowledge and B2C Sales: Demonstrate sound knowledge of the local market and competitors. Perform effectively in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales environment, driving results for the BLISS profile. Preferred candidate profile Job Requirements: • Experience: Prior experience in direct sales, HNI client handling, and field sales. Background in industries like timeshare/travel, insurance, real estate, or banking is preferred. • Skills: Strong communication skills in English and local language. Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities. Ability to convert prospects into customers effectively. • Other Requirements: Flexible and willing to travel frequently within the state.
